Keysight Introduces LPDDR6 New Design & Test Solution
Keysight Technologies has launched a complete design and test solution for next-generation Low-Power Double Data Rate 6 (LPDDR6) memory technology. This solution helps engineers accelerate development, reduce design risks and improve product performance.
Next-generation memory requires advanced testing to ensure reliability, speed and accuracy. Keysight’s LPDDR6 solution simplifies this process with high-precision, automated testing.
This solution integrates transmitter and receiver test applications with the Advanced Design System (ADS) Memory Designer workflow. Engineers can pair it with Keysight’s EDA software and the Keysight Memory designer bundle for a seamless experience.
The LPDDR6 test automation suite is based on the UXR oscilloscope and high-performance M8040A Bit Error Ratio Tester. These tools combine advanced low-noise technology and automated compliance testing to ensure through design validation while also speeding up validation cycles and improving user experience.
